Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Dr. Doto Biteko said that the African continent has more than 600 million people who have not yet been reached by electricity, so the available resources should be used to change people’s lives, including in the electricity sector.
Dr. Biteko said this on December 04, 2024 while closing the Second Annual Meeting of the Association of Chief Accountants of African Countries (AAAG) in Arusha.
He emphasized that the resources available in Africa should be used to change people’s living conditions so that they can be productive.
