Muhimbili-Mloganzila National Hospital has said that good customer service is the first priority for its customers.

This was said at the beginning of this week by the Deputy Executive Director of Muhimbili-Mloganzila National Hospital, Dr. Julieth Magandi in the eight-day training of the best customer service for all the staff of the hospital with the aim of continuing to strengthen the service for the customers who come to receive services at the hospital.

Dr. Magandi was the one who opened the training and said that the hospital has been providing such training regularly to make the staff not forget themselves and affect the service delivery process in the hospital.

“We continue to remind each other of the importance of providing quality services to our customers, we have brought experts with high level of expertise and knowledge in this area of ​​customer service so that we can exchange experience with them on how to provide productive services to those we serve, so let’s listen and participate in full discussion”, said Dr. Magandi

Dr. Magandi added that it is the hospital management’s hope that after the training, the quality of service delivery will increase twice as much as now.

On his part, the Assistant Director of Administration and Human Resources Mr. Abdallah Kiwanga has said that the training is being done if it is the instructions of the Technical Director to provide training for the best customer service for all employees and added that the training will be given in two phases where the first phase will start with 400 employees and each class will have 50 participants.

Facilitator of the training from the Institute of Sustainable Global Initiatives Ms. Vaileth Lusama has congratulated Muhimbili Mloganzila for the excellent professional services they provide to Tanzanians where he emphasized that the training will increase productivity by making the hospital provide quality services beyond the expectations of its customers.
