It has been stated that government institutions and private companies need to plan their plans and manage their implementation in order to continue.
This was stated yesterday in Dar es Salaam at a press conference by the CEO of Tanfidh, Mr. Said Saif Al Harth, where he said that many institutions and companies fail to continue due to failure to plan and manage them properly.
Mr. Al Harth said while evaluating the training that he has been providing to employees and executives of various government institutions and private companies, he said that he currently sees significant changes after providing the training.
“I monitor the training I provide to government institutions and private companies, in fact there are significant changes as many have changed in practice and successes are visible”, said Mr. Al Harth.
Following this situation, he has called on institutions and private companies whose employees and executives have not yet received training to contact the company so that they can achieve success in their work plans.
“Tanfidh, if you want our services, we follow you where you are, we listen to you and give you advice on what to do so that your institution sees changes in monitoring the performance of its plans”, said, Mr. Al Harth
He said Tanfidh has an experience of about 25 years and in Tanzania Tanfidh has been working for the second year now in providing training to employees and workers so it has a lot of experience and is sufficient.
He said that in order for companies or institutions to continue, they have to plan work plans and monitor them by setting monitoring strategies ‘KPI’ and these things have their own expertise so Tanfidh is specialized in making work plans and monitoring them.
