The company Tanfidh Management Consultants Limited [Tanfidh] has planned to transform various companies and public institutions to work effectively so that they can have and implement their strategic plans with the aim of promoting their services and businesses.
Speaking to journalists yesterday at the Aura Suite Hotel in Dar es Salaam, the Executive Director of Tanfidh, Mr. Said Saif Al Harth said he will implement the resolution by providing education, training and advice.

Mr. Said said many companies and public organizations have many experts and know how to plan strategies, but the problem comes in managing those strategies and implementing them on time.
“We have started a new training and consulting program designed to help executives achieve their company’s goals”, he said, Mr. Said
He said the main issue lies in leadership and most of our programs are aimed at leaders so that they can take action before serious problems arise.
“Many owners fail to take ownership of the implementation process, instead delegating important tasks to lower-level employees without providing proper training or guidance”, he said.
“Many organizations do not evaluate the implementation of the strategies and responsibilities they have planned and thus lead to efforts being divided and failing to achieve strategic goals”, he emphasized
He said many organizations and companies design good plans and strategies but many fail to implement them properly because of poor management and monitoring.
To fill this gap, Mr. Said emphasized the importance of responsibility and participation, urging organizations to involve employees at all levels in preparing strategy and implementation and working on it.
“Before writing a strategy, leaders must ask themselves if it is true that they can implement it and avoid giving it to another organization. Many companies in Tanzania set strategies without looking at their situation and the reality of those plans, they often end up failing”, he noted.
Tanfidh aims to support organizations in training programs, consulting services and sustainable strategies to ensure the effective implementation of their strategic plans and they have done so in many countries such as Arab, Oman and Dubai and that success has been seen.
