Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa has handed over 10 new cars as a sign of handing over 88 cars bought by the Institute for Prevention and Combating Corruption (TAKUKURU) which will be distributed in the regions with the aim of increasing productivity and improving the performance of the Institute.
Giving information about the vehicles, the Director General of PCC, Mr. Crispin Chalamila has told the Prime Minister that during the three years of the leadership of President Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan in power TAKUKURU has been given a total of 30 billion shillings to buy 195 cars of which 88 have already been bought.
“The process of buying the remaining 107 cars is ongoing and we expect to get them soon, we promise to take care of these cars to increase productivity in our work” said Mr. Crispin
The Prime Minister has handed over the cars when he closes the preliminary investigation training of the Institute for the Prevention and Combating of Corruption in the Country (TAKUKURU), the event is held at the Tanzania Police School, Moshi in the Kilimanjaro region.
