The Tanzania National Parks Agency (TANAPA) in collaboration with tour guide companies in the country has officially launched a campaign to raise tourists to Mount Kilimanjaro with the aim of taking more than 500 Tanzanians to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro.
TANAPA is doing this to celebrate the independence day, this campaign is known as “Twenzetu Kileleni 2024” which is the fourth season of the campaign with the slogan “Grow Native Plants in Tanzania, Save the Ice of Mount Kilimanjaro” this campaign was launched on September 6, 2024.
