The Regional Commissioner of Dar es Salaam, Albert Chalamila has said that the DDC Kariakoo Building will officially begin to be rebuilt in the initial stages on January 31 this year, so he has asked the businessmen who have not yet moved to make sure they have moved before that time.
Chalamila said this, this week in his meeting with the Executives of the DDC Organization held at the Anatoglo Hall in Dar es Salaam and clarified that the building after construction will be a threat as it will be a large modern apartment with many services.
He said that the investment will change the landscape of Kariakoo to be more beautiful and hinted that the business rooms will increase to 400 instead of the 130 that exist now, a hotel and a police station so many jobs are expected to increase after the completion of the construction.
Acting Chairman of the Board of DDC Mr. William Bomani and General Manager of DDC Mr. Ally Mirambo has congratulated and supported the investment and promised that there will be no violence in the training.
Let’s listen to Chalamila…
