RC Chalamila also condemned the acts of corruption among the employees identified by the businessmen, so he ordered a committee to be formed to investigate the conduct and integrity of the employees.

“And after the completion of that sub-committee which will have various people, including security people, PCC people, public service people, engineers and others will provide us with answers to the infrastructure of the slaughterhouse and the whole process,” said RC Chalamila.

He wanted the National Housing Corporation (NHC) responsible for the construction to ensure that they complete the construction and install all the equipment as soon as possible so that when President Samia Suluhu Hassan visits here for the launch or to do something else there will be no defects of any kind.

The Head of Ilala District, Edward Mpogolo expressed his gratitude to the Regional Head for making the visit and promised that they will go to work on everything they were instructed to do, including the challenges that caused the project to not be completed on time.
