Tanfidh Management Consultants promises to change the working practices of workers in the country

The consulting and management in Oman (Tanfidh) has advised governmental institutions, international companies, private and international organizations to participate in the various courses they offer as they will teach the participants discipline and how to change their organizations to overcome obstacles in implementing the strategy.

The Executive Director of the Tanfidh, Said Al Harthi said yesterday in the ongoing courses in Dar es Salaam, Aura Suites Hotel where he said they expect to offer the courses for a period of more than 10 days.

Al Harthi said that he, as the CEO and trainer of the courses, has great expertise due to his experience of more than 15 years and that many places where he has given the courses such as European countries and Oman have begun to bear fruit.

He has said that because he is a native, the price of the courses has been reduced by 50 percent for Tanzania, so it is better for organizations, institutions and companies to take advantage of this opportunity that if they participate, they will change the system and efficiency in their work immediately after participating.

He said the Tanfidh, its program aims to guide participants through the principles of Strategy Implementation by using a globally proven strategy and performance planning tool as a benchmark. So they will show how to use in planning and implementation strategies when participants return to work.

He mentioned some of the courses as creating a work strategy that shows Vision, Mission and Values, practice of strategic flexibility and implementation, how to create strategic goals, actions, targets and strategic plans that can make the plan a reality.

Other courses are integrating strategy and processes, operations and budgets, studying the latest management techniques to increase the success of strategy implementation, acquiring the knowledge and tools needed to face major challenges, building capacity and motivating employees to change behavior and planning.
