The new market of Kariakoo closed CCTV Camera

The government has said that it will continue to strengthen protection and security in the Kariakoo Modern Market so that traders can do their business 24 hours a day and added that the CCTV camera systems will be closed.

This was said yesterday by the Minister of State in the Office of the President TAMISEMI, Mohamed Mchengerwa during his visit to inspect the progress of the construction of the Market and said he was satisfied with the progress of his training. On the visit he was accompanied by the Governor of Dar es Salam, Albert Chalamila.

Mchengerwa has thanked President Dr. Samia for giving money that enables the implementation of the big project which, when completed, will open up many opportunities and take in more businessmen unlike what happened before.

He has asked the contractor to continue building at a suitable level, considering quality and value for money, he has also said that when the Market is completed, he will ask the President to come and officially open it.

The Regional Commissioner of Dar es Salaam, Chalamila has thanked President Dr. Samia and the Minister of OR-TAMISENI for the great work they are doing and said the instructions to continue paying the contractor money on time will continue to be implemented so that the construction stops and ends on time.

Chalamila has cautioned the public to avoid fraudsters as there is no rented room, when the time comes the procedure will be made clear but the most important thing is for the public to know that the investment made is large so the cave rents will be reviewed in line with reality
and asking those who want to have the opportunity to do business to pay Taxes.
