THE National Bank of Commerce (NBC) has launched a new digital payment system in Arusha that will save time and increase efficiency in transactions of corporate customers.
A cross-section of corporate customers invited at the launch event of ‘NBC Connect’ in the region, said the new digital service will enable their organisations to make safe and reliable payments without physical movement to bank branches, a move that saves time.
One of the representatives from Rhotia valley, Joseph Buko said apart from saving time, the new digital payment will increase efficiency as it allows multiple payments at a time with maximum security and efficiency.
“We are grateful to NBC Bank for bringing us this useful service. Based on the presentation made by the bank, I can confidently say that it will help us save time and most importantly, increase efficiency in our day-to-day transactions,” he said.
Another customer, Yusuph Zege from the University of Arusha thanked NBC bank for coming up with such innovative service, saying it was a clear indication of how the bank is working hard to make banking experience easier, fast and secured.S0URCE
