The President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan has officially concluded the Summit of the Freedom Torch Run with the Youth Week here in Mwanza region.
President, Dr. Samia thanked all those who came out to participate in the historic event which until now the Freedom Torch Run has reached 60 years.
Dr. Samia thanked all those who participated in running the torch this year for the good work they did and the inspection of development projects.
“I have received the information of all the projects visited in this race that are going to benefit the people in every corner of our country. I have received the suggestions and greetings of the people of all the places where the Torch of Freedom has passed and with attention and urgency we will work on all that is specified for the benefit of our Nation” , said Dr. Samia
